Shipping

All items are posted First Class with Royal Mail.
 
Postage & Packaging is charged at a standard rate of £4.50. 

Please ensure you are happy with our turnaround times prior to ordering. 
Returns

We are unable to refund any personalised items, please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
 
We will offer an exchange or refund for any faulty goods - please contact us as soon as the product has been received. Faulty items will need to be returned to us, we will reimburse postage costs at our standard rate (£4.50).
 
Items that are not personalised can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days at the buyers expense. For exchanges, buyers will need to pay the costs for new items to be posted at our standard rate (£4.50).
Product Care

Care instructions are provided with all items. Following our care instructions will ensure the vinyl print does not lift. 
 
  • Items should be washed inside out at 30 degrees
  • ​Items should NOT be tumble dried
  • Avoid using fabric softener when washing your items
  • Do not iron vinyl print
